Chairman Lesetja pulled no punches, stating, "We are done watching our children lose their future to the streets. This is about restoring dignity and giving them a real fighting chance." The organisation aims to tackle the root causes of unemployment and violence head-on through mentorship, skills training, and crime prevention, rather than just treating the symptoms. "We refuse to accept these harsh realities as normal," Lesetja added, calling on businesses and families to join forces immediately.

Secretary Mologadi stressed that the NPO will prioritise safe spaces and after-school hubs, saying, "We must give our youth a reason to stay, not just a reason to leave trouble behind." Secretary General Tshepo reinforced the urgency for collective action, declaring, "This is not a quick fix—it's a long-term pact with our community to build leaders, not statistics." With a clear focus on empowerment and a leadership team determined to deliver results, Three Fingers Crossed is banking on hope, hard work, and unity to finally shift the dial for the next generation.

"A key pillar of this long-term vision is the NPO's partnership with EduPlus Tutor, an online platform that integrates AI literacy, coding basics and digital fluency from as early as Grade 1 – skills most children only encounter in high school, if at all. With a tutor-to-learner ratio capped at 1:8, the platform ensures personalised attention, offering a full academic journey from homework help and reading skills to university and postgraduate research support. "We are equipping our children for the future, not the past," said Lesetja.
